How to get my comp and my PS3 to see my external hdd?

I have a WD external hdd. I changed the format from NTSF to fat32. Now my PS3 can see it but my computer can’t. What can I do so I can use it on my comp and my PS3? I am running on Windows XP 3.
Any help is appreciated!

Hmm that’s strange bc it shouldn’t do that, maybe you didn’t format it "all the way". So here’s a app that can help you + its free.
