    with external hard …
with external hard drives, can you drag and drop data? say, i have a DVD (3-4GBs). Instead of ripping it, i right clicked and opened the dvd folder, then dragged the .vob files to my computer. it worked, but my computer ran out of space after 3 such dvd’s. i wanted to directly drag the .vob files from my D drive to external hdd, is that possible?

i messed up an mp3 player by disconnecting it after i transferred files, well on the instructions it said that i had to use the Safety Remove Hardware on my PC. Later on my pc indicated that my mp3 player didnt have any file, plus didnt work any more. It also said dont start it while its transferring, huh lol. At the end, my fault, i didnt follow the instructions lol, first thing i should have done. Went to return it “phew” they replaced it, nice. Got it running. lol.
